CBV Ltd handles personal information in line with Bermuda’s Personal Information Protection Act 2016.
This policy was last updated on 9 October 2026.
Who we are
CBV Ltd, 59 Middle Road, Hamilton DV 06, Bermuda, is the organisation responsible for personal information described here. Email info@cbv.bm.
This website
The site does not ask you to create an account, and it does not sell personal information. Pages are public so search engines can read them. The host that serves the site may keep technical logs, such as an IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to keep the site secure and reliable. Those logs are not used to build a marketing profile.
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
When you contact us
If you email or message CBV Ltd, we use what you send — your name, contact details, and the content of the message — to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. We keep it only as long as we need it for that purpose, or longer where the law requires.
If you message the company’s WhatsApp number, WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Meta receives your phone number, profile name, and message content in order to deliver the conversation. CBV Ltd uses that conversation to respond to you. We do not use it for unrelated marketing. Meta’s own privacy policy describes how Meta processes WhatsApp data. Do not send sensitive information, such as passwords or payment card numbers, over WhatsApp.
Who else sees information
We share personal information with service providers who host this website or carry our email, and with Meta when you choose WhatsApp. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Under PIPA you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or in some cases ask us to stop using it. Write to info@cbv.bm. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Bermuda at privacy.bm.
